    I have eaten at many BWW, this may very well be the worst. Service is terrible even though every time I have been there the place is empty. Beer is served at practically room temperature. Food is far from fresh and I'm yet to have them get an order correct. Staff is more interested in playing with their cell phones and discussing their plans for the night with each other than serving you.

    I've been to many Buffalo Wild Wings throughout Ohio and the Carolina's so I was excited to see one coming in. This is the absolute worst place I have ever been. Took 25 minutes to place our order. There were 2 tables 3 people seated after us and all got their orders taken before us. The food was disgusting when it finally arrived. We were told "it got placed behind all the takeout orders" total bs as nobody came in to pick up any food the 2 hours we were there. This place should get zero stars it was so awful. They need a total staff overhaul if they are going to try to stay.

    Been to this location a few times and it's nothing spectacular. The main problem here is the service. I love getting some B-Dubs but the service here kind of ruins your day. First of all it's not very fast and the waiter seem to be in their own world. They come back in like 10 minute increments or longer. It also seems like it takes them forever to get the food out to you. The food here has been average but not on par with other B-Dubs. As I said it's a little slow and just seems like they are in no hurry to get it out to you. I really hope this place can turn it around and get their act together. I like D-Dubs but this place has some work. Hopefully can come back and update the review to more stars.

    Even though the service is slow, and it is usually dead in this location, the food is always good. I was surprised to get here tonight and the special was Tue. .40 wings! Dang that's cheap. We ordered 60 wings ($24) And a couple of cheesy wedge boats. Now that's a good dinner!

    Ass... just complete ass. Waitress sucked, food was cold, beer was warm, and they only offered 20% off on main course meals.

    It pains me to write this as I am a fan of BWW in general, but this location is the exception. As mentioned previously, the staff seems to move at a snail's pace no matter the time of day or week. My party's orders were delivered wings-first, "entrees" second, so the one person who didn't order wings in our party didn't get to start eating until the rest of us were nearly finished. This was partly due to the fact that after our boneless wings came out of the kitchen nearly dry and we kindly asked for more sauce, the bartender struck up a conversation with patrons at the end of the bar instead of retrieving our orders in a timely manner. Minor annoyances aside, the real kicker was when a cockroach-sized beetle waltzed across my check and right past my to-go box...while the "shift leader" watched, seemingly unfazed. His solution was to grab a napkin and smash the bug right at the bar, laugh, and then casually offer us a free drink. I said no thanks, asked for our bill to be comped and he obliged, but not after interjecting a snide, "welcome to Southwest Florida, folks." Yeah, thanks. We live here, have eaten everywhere (in the bug-season of summer no less) from fancy 5th ave. downtown Naples to the crappiest Taco Bell in Fort Myers and have never seen what we witnessed there. Avoid at all costs.

    Not sure about these comments. I have eaten here 3 different times and the food was great, beer was perfect, and service was great. When I have been in they don't seem to be very busy, but everything else has been perfect. I like to come here for the social aspect as well as golden tee and the poker on their tv's. The wings are always hot and fresh which I cannot say for the place right down the road. (Can't remember the name of the place) but his place is a Great place. Great staff. Great local owners as well. When I went in the owners were there and were very nice and came by and talked with us. Found out they live right here in Florida. Although I do not live in Florida I always like going to places that are locally owned. Who would have thought at a BWW this would happen. Anyway great place.

    Took my kids here last week and will not be back again - sorry. The boneless wings were beyond terrible and I was not able to, or wanted to, finish them. The kids grilled chicken had a funky smell to it and my boy wouldn't eat it. We paid and left and won't be back. There are far better options close by. Unfortunately I doubt that this restaurant will last after reading g some of the other reviews on here - too bad.

    Took the kids in after a ball game, waited two hours for the cold food when we were the only people in the dining room, manager blames the waiter who also had a trainee shadow . Fed up, getting late and kids are beyond tired, they forget my sons meal. Manager takes my bill and says "don't come back" gotta love it! Best part is another person in our party had the same thing happen weeks prior only with raw chicken served to the kids. Smh!

    We have been here quite a few times already and our experiences are pretty much the same. Service ranges from crappy to better than average. Wing orders ALWAYS takes a long, long time (we are never there when it is busy). The 'wet' wings always had too much sauce on them and the "dry" ones never had enough. The only exception would be on our last visit when the wings were very flavored, not because it was drenched in sauce, but because it was tossed with the sauce. (there is a difference) I have ordered 2 burgers here on 2 different occasions and both different kinds and was disappointed both times. Stick to the wings....

    I just don't understand how they are SO SLOW. We've been twice for lunch on a Friday, first time they were pretty empty and the second time they were completely empty. Food took much longer than it should both times, and was just ok. Chicken wrap and boneless wings are good, but the second time I got a side salad and most of the lettuce was wilted and pretty pitiful.

    These guys are so sneaky, I hate it. Ordered two vodka well drinks on happy hour for $3. Vodka cranberry and vodka pineapple. It's .25 extra for the juice. Not a big deal but kind of cheap? Then we ordered the soft pretzels from the happy hour menu for $3. It comes with cheese but I asked for ranch, it's an extra .60 cents for ranch but comes with two VATS of cheese which I don't enjoy. THEN! The food happy hour ends at 6 and is written in tiny tiny letters on the bottom. No comp, no I'm sorry, just a whoops read closer next time! So if you do decide to check it out, read all the fine print first. ALSO! They don't honor rewards cards. Or the manager is too stupid to figure it out. Beware! What a waste.

    They need help. My family has been to several locations in multiple states. This one is missing the mark. Experience the other night: Arrived at 5:30 and left at 7:15--this is located in the plaza with a movie theater so it could be a great dinner & and a movie spot but...service slow & confused. Bar drinks should come at the same time. How long does it take to get 2 orders of wings? Way too long--30 minutes is too long. A couple seated right before us finished their food before we got ours. Coleslaw was not fresh. Finger prints on inside of windows. Kept looking around for our waitress. She seemed busy but couldn't figure doing what? Dining room and bar area should have separate servers. Hostess not available at hostess stand when they started getting busy. I read all the reviews and they right in regards to a general sloppiness, lack of efficient service. The key word is EFFICIENT. I hope the manger reads these reviews. He needs too. This is a good location. Roll up your sleeves and start managing.

    We were sat down and it was decent but not busy. But we waited 5mins (literally) and saw our waitress walk to the two tables we were in between and completely ignore us. Because my wife is like the Honey Badger (she don't give a f&!k) and asks a manager of we can get some help since we'd been waiting without any service. So he comes and takes our order and brings a new waiter (Benny) over. Right off the bat Benny is very attentive to us and mind you we were not being rude or angry about the lazy waitress. He's just a waiter who gets customer service. The manager too was very good, attentive to all the other tables. The problem with this place though is the service, every time. We had to get a manager to get us a waiter like cmon now! The food was good I got the honey BBQ wings which I really liked but it's a chain so you know what you're getting. Benny and the manager are the only reasons im not giving a 1 star review. The waitress (lack thereof) in the beginning really makes me mad.

    They always cater to our needs by getting our game on specific tvs. Great for kids, great for large parties, or even at the bar by yourself. Food and service have been great every time, I really like this place!

    Honestly, it was the most awful service I've ever had at any Buffalo wild wings.. and I'm generally pretty lax when it comes to restaurants.. but 40 minutes to being out our orders.. I was never asked if I wanted a refill for my beer... refills... we asked for 4 soft drink refills and got 2 glasses of water.... we couldn't even flag down the waitress because she was huddled away at the refill station... she claimed she was alone.. yet the restaurant was not even half full... again normally I am pretty lax when it comes to service in restaurants.. but this experience made me create a yelp account and voice this unpleasant evening at this restaurant.

    We've been here 6-7 times and it amazes me how poor the service is (and why on earth we would continue to return). We came for lunch and there were only two other tables seated. Ordered a cherry limeade and it tasted strange when I got it so I asked about it. "Maybe it was the way I made it" was the response. I just drank it because it wasn't horrible. After the first 15 minutes of waiting, the waitress came over and offered us a napkin for under our drink glasses. Really? At least bring silverware so we could believe our food is on the way. The staff here is so inattentive and management seems absent. A manager finally brought out our meals after about 30 minutes, apologizing and giving us two $5 coupons for next time. However I'm required to spend $25 in order to get my $5 off. I asked the waitress for another cherry limeade and when she brought it it was completely different than the first one. It was awful. When I asked she again responded "maybe it's the way I made it." I just gave up, left the coupons on the table, paid our bill and left.

    Although I've heard about this place for years, this was my first time finally making it there. We tried the traditional wings as well as the boneless. I personally prefer the boneless, but they are pretty heavily breaded, so I'd keep that in mind when ordering. Parmesan Garlic was by far the best flavor of the 4 that we tried! You can split up the sauces per every 5 wings, which gives the option to try a few different ones. The honey BBQ was good as well. The buffalo dry rub was decent, but I think I prefer a regular wetter buffalo sauce. The spicy garlic didn't taste like anything but spice to me, and I'm not a fan of when spiciness masks flavor. The pretzel appetizer was really good, definitely recommend those. Environment is just a typical sports bar atmosphere. Tons of TVs so you're definitely guaranteed to catch whatever game you could possibly want there, plus they will change the TVs for you if there's something specific you want to see. Shoutout to our server Jim who was awesome and took the time to really talk to us and make suggestions. Even though the kitchen got a few things wrong with our order, Jim always noticed and made up for it right away. Overall, it was...okay. Good, but not exceptional. Basically, I'm not rushing to go back, but I will keep it on my list for when we want to go out to watch the game and/or get some good wings.

    It is very prevalent here that it is a new location. Staff and Mgmt are new and don't know what they are doing. In addition to this the "happy hour" menu is misleading. $3 well drinks don't include a mixer. .60 for cranberry juice? Find that a bit tacky. In my opinion. Wait a few months before you try this place.

    We used their take out service. There was one couple ahead of us. It took--literally--12 minutes for the counter person to take their order! She was equally slow taking our order, clearly not knowing how to operate the order computer very well. She asked what side we wanted. We said we didn't want any sides, just what the meal came with. She said sides came with our order, which conflicted with what it said on the menu. We said no sides. After several attempts she said the system wouldn't take the order without a side. We said no sides. We ordered the fish tacos and asked that the fish be grilled, not fried. We asked 3 times to be sure it was grilled, not fried and were told each time "no problem". We also ordered sodas. Eventually she processed the order--only 11 minutes! We waited 15 more minutes for our order. It was handed to us--no drinks, we had to remind her. We left to eat at a table outside. The chicken wrap was cold. The fish was fried. I brought the fish back and asked for the manager, telling him what happened. He said they only offered fried fish, not grilled. No apology--I should have known his counter person was wrong! He did, however, honor my request for a refund. I'd stay away until they get some decent management and training in this place.

    This was our second visit in one month, brought in tonight by the $10 off coupon in today's paper, printed with the limit of "one coupon per person per visit." Upon arrival we see the notice announcing a "correction" stating they'll only accept one coupon per table. As if this bait and switch weren't bad enough, the service was poor, as we were told "the kitchen is backed up," even though the place looked about 20% filled. It took 3 requests to get a straw, they were out of lemons, dirty tables were left uncleared for at least 15 minutes ... And we had the distinct impression the staff were all HS seniors, running the place without adult supervision. Needless to say, we won't be suckered in by another coupon..this was our second and final visit.
